Due to the affordable nature and high turnover of our cosmetic products, all sales are final; however, we are happy to assist with any order discrepancies or damaged items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Haul
Upon receiving your package, carefully check your items to ensure everything arrived safely and correctly.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
If an item is damaged or missing, email our support team with your order number and a photo of the received products.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if a replacement or credit is approved.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Once approved, we will ship out your replacement shades or issue a store credit to your account within 5-7 business days.
